Why you DON'T lose body fat
Here's a follow up video to a Facebook post I did about calories on.
I ate LOTS of high calorie foods on this day, even though I "only had 2 meals all day"...
My caloriea were WAY over what I needed.
If fat loss is your goal and your NOT losing fat, there's normally a simple reason.
You're eating too much.
Are you being honest with yourself?
