Laziness by staying busy?

Laziness by staying busy?

Here me out on this one, I may have a few of you unfollow me after the truth bomb I'm going to drop today.

But oh well, I'm going to do it anyway.

Are you staying 'busy' to avoid something that you do not want to face?

Deep down you know you need to do it, but you stay 'busy'.

Convincing yourself you don't have time because you are 'too busy'?

Too busy playing golf, watching TV, staying late at work when you really didn't need to?

Are you just lying to yourself and slowing down your own personal progression, stopping yourself being the person you really want to be... or are you really 'too busy'?

Only you will truly know the answer to that.

Sometimes you need to be selfish and have a little personal greed, or desire in order to progress.

Is that a bad thing?

I don't think so.

Especially not if it's going to improve the lives of you and the people around you long term.

The desire to want more for yourself, your family, your business/job is what pushes you on to achieve more.

We study hard, because we want something better.

Things are invented as we desire to have something better.

People exercise and eat well as they want to LOOK, FEEL and PERFORM better.

Whenever you find yourself avoiding something you KNOW you should be doing. Ask yourself these questions:

"Why am i avoiding this?"

"What's in it for me, myself, my family, my business etc etc IF i do it."

The amount of guys i speak to each week that convince themselves that they don't have time to achieve what the guys below have seems to be growing.

Growing at an alarming rate.

Its now normal to be too busy to look after yourself, and your health.

The one thing you can't really afford to let go.
