I always recommend finding out your specific calorie need from a professional, they will take into account your body fat % and lean mass % (fat free mass) before working out your calorie needs for your goals.

BODY WEIGHT IN LBS x 15 - 500 = CALORIE TARGET (Kcal)
IF YOU ARE REALLY ACTIVE - 250 INSTEAD OF 500
