Gavin Denning - Head Coach
I have been a coach for the last 8 years but have always been passionate about sport and fitness my whole life. I have played senior rugby for the last 12 years for various local teams in Bedfordshire, and have always trained to a high level.
I have gained vital experience in my years as a coach and know exactly what is needed to make my clients strong, lean and healthy. Seeing my clients transform their bodies, mindset and lifestyle really inspires and motivates to do better. Watching the transformation of my clients first hand really is the best part of my job, and is what keeps me motivated to get out of bed before 6am! I love watching new clients confidence blossom!
I have a first class BSC hons degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and i am just about to start a Masters by research at the University of Bedfordshire. My study is on acute responses to hypoxic (altitude) conditions and appetite regulation… Watch this space!

Kyle O'Sullivan - Coach
Having studied a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree for the past three years, I have gained vital knowledge and an in depth understanding of the physiological aspects of the body and how to improve performance. Through the wealth of knowledge I have learnt, I hope to promote a healthy, active and enjoyable approach to training, and also put the same dedication into my clients that allowed me to graduate with a first class degree. I hope to now study a masters degree in the coming year.
Having played semi professional football for the past two years and dedicating a lot of time into conditioning myself for my sport, I will show my passion for fitness and help transform my clients both physically and mentally, to lead a healthier life. I have been a qualified personal trainer for a year and have been working for GWD Performance and STRONG for the past 6 months. The guys I work with like my fun, approachable, but professional attitude to my sessions. I also have spent the past academic year training the UOB Netball team in their fitness and conditioning sessions. I live and breath my job and I can’t wait to get going full on now uni is over, LETS DO THIS!
